Whole Feet Arch Supports are covered by a Lifetime warranty on the breakage, cracking, and flattening of your orthotic shell. The warranty covers the shell, not the leather overlay but leather products can be re-soled upon request. For Whole Feet to test the condition of your product you MUST return the arch support to:

Returned products are evaluated for replacement as part of your claim for an additional $9.95 S&H. This Lifetime Warranty Service is offered to the original purchaser of the Whole Feet Arch Supports and IS NOT TRANSFERABLE to any other person. Each Customer will receive a Warranty Registration Card at the point of purchase. Warranty Cards may be returned to a consultant or mailed to Whole Feet. Lost Orthotics are NOT covered under the Lifetime Warranty.
