By aligning the foot and kinetic chain, Whole Feet Arch Supports can reduce and prevent foot, knee, hip and back pain. To ensure a precision fit our Arch Support Specialists are trained by our Pedorthist to properly measure from heel strike the length, arch size, metatarsal position and toe box to achieve your most neutral position while standing or in motion. Plantar Fasciitis Risk Factors

Plantar Fasciitis (Fashee-EYE-tiss) is one of the most common causes of pain on the bottom of the heel. Approximately 2 million people are treated for this condition every year. Plantar fasciitis occurs when the plantar fascia, a strong band of tissue that supports the arch of your foot, becomes irritated and inflamed. The body’s natural response to injury is inflammation, which results in the heel pain and stiffness known as plantar fasciitis.

Common Risk Factors

  • New or increased activity or prolonged standing on hard surfaces
  • Weight gain
  • Anatomy (flat feet or high arch)
  • Age (most common among people aged 40 to 60)
  • Repetitive high impact activities (running/dancing/sports)
